這頁測兩件事：Sites runtime 能否呼叫外部 API，以及 D1 能否依縣市保存上一筆預報資料。地圖使用 D3 與台灣縣市 TopoJSON 呈現行政區邊界；資料來源以 Open-Meteo 為主，必要時使用 no-key fallback，預報僅供實驗觀察。

Primary weather data by Open-Meteo under CC BY 4.0, with wttr.in as a no-key fallback when the primary upstream is rate-limited.
